Private GROUP TOUR / Hands on Investigation
Events are limited to you and your guests only!
- Event will be from 9pm - 1am and will begin with a building tour.
- Events are held on Friday or Saturday nights.
- Minimum tour cost is $200 which includes up to 8 people. Additional people are $25 per person.
- Our equipment is available and encouraged for use or you may bring your own equipment (Photos are HIGHLY encouraged).

PAranormal Teams
Bring your team to join the ranks of many others who have investigated Conover Square. You will receive extended time and greater access to the building compared to the public or private investigations. Typically, we conduct these investigations between 9PM and 1AM We are unable to schedule full overnight investigations, because Conover Square is a working building with dozens of tenants. Cost is $25 per person with a $200 minimum. Our equipment is not available for use during these events.
